Managing Life Changing Events & Long Term Illness

I am 55 and suffer from MS. Are there any life changes for me that can make my life easier? There has been hardship with relationships and I have lost several friends the last year. I feel I am not understood and therefor I need to create a new platform. What to do with my life, I feel blocked. I have to sell my flat and start settling down in another city. Thank you.
Thank you for your letter. As there are many people going through life changing events, struggling to find their way forward and having difficulties coping with life I thought it would be helpful if I made a video to respond to your question and also to include in that video a healing. So I hope you don’t mind sharing!
As for your particular situation with MS you might find some help from a fabulous lady I know, Susie Cornell, who has been living with MS for forty years and has created a website that gives an enormous amount of help and support on many levels for other people living with this illness. Her website is www.susiecornell.com which gives general information and guidance about MS and she also has a website: www.healtheemotion.co.uk to help with the emotional issues related to the disease as well. I hope you find them helpful. Susie is a great inspiration of someone who has managed to live and find her way forward despite her disability.
Sending you strength and courage and masses of love.
