I am just back from our retreat at Skendleby Hall in Lincolnshire. It proved to be a great success, and everyone put their heart and soul into working down deep finding old fears and issues. We looked at the bigger picture to see what lessons we are learning as those that share our lives challenge us. The Hall space was a perfect venue and we have already booked it for 29th. September next year. Let Brenda know if you want a place as, unfortunately, this year we had to turn some people away due to the lack of space. It will be a Spiritual Retreat – Going Higher Deeper and Wider.
As the participants went deep within to find the scars and wounds from past challenges they also found the fear that was locked into these imprints. These are the fears that inhibit us from growing, stepping forward or getting satisfaction and happiness from our lives. If you still feel inhibited in any way go into mediation and ask yourself what is the wounding, what is the fear that stops you? Then make your own connection to Spirit, God, the Light or the Universe, whatever feels right for you and bring in the unconditional love that you need to heal the wounding. All healing begins with the intention to heal, but most people feel that their inner pain is inevitable and look for reasons and blame rather than looking to see what they can learn from their experience. Which is why there is so much mental and emotional suffering in the world.
I am finally stepping through reluctance (could be a fear!) to get involved in blogs and so on. Tom Wanstall, who is our good friend Debbie Atkinson’s partner – some of you may remember Debbie working with us for some time, is creating a blog site for me so watch this space, the first one will be out very soon.
I shall be at the Mind Body Soul Exhibition in Olympia, London 25-27 October, stand A1, then back to Malaysia for the second time this year – a mutual love in! Showing that I have no fear of the cold (!!??) I will be visiting Oslo from 30th. November to 6th December. Then it’s Christmas – Oh No!!!
So I’m off to blog, complete my first my first E-course and plan Christmas!

My new Oracle Cards are a great success, the cards are on my website at a cost of £14.95. You can use them to gain guidance on a daily basis or whenever you feel the need. I painted them myself as I wanted them to be personal and feel natural and freeform. I had great fun making them and hope you enjoy them too!
