Dear Subscriber,

I am in recovery mode! No nothing tragic, just getting over three days working at our stand at Mind Body Soul in Olympia Exhibition Hall, London. My feet are nearly back to normal now!! As you know I see everything that happens as a chance to learn a lesson. Well, my lesson was that these events can be challenging, even overwhelming for some people as the energies are heightened with so many therapies in action, but I also realised that they are brilliant opportunities to network; to meet new people and reconnect with long lost friends and acquaintances.

Networking isn’t getting the best press at the moment with negative feedback about invasive Twitter and bullying on Facebook. However, communication between like-minded people can be reassuring – confirming our own feelings and beliefs and it can be stimulating – opening our minds to new ideas. For this reason I have decided to start a blog which should be up in the next few weeks. I will send you the first one and you decide if you want to get the link regularly and hopefully you may wish to join in from time to time.

I discussed the atmosphere and energy of the show with an old friend of mine and we both had the sense that people are looking for a quick fix for anything from feeling a bit down to long term physical problems and even spiritual enlightenment. From my experience intention to heal and grow spiritually has to come from within and needs a change of attitude, belief and way of thinking of oneself and one’s experiences. Then with the help of some high frequency energy (unconditional love) the imprints and scars that underlie the problem or issue can be resolved, dissolved and released. Expecting a product or a session with a healer or therapist to fix a long term problem instantly just leads to disappointment.

I suggest you start your own healing process by writing down all the feelings that come up when you are upset and in meditation ask yourself and spirit to help you find the causes and resolve them. This can kick start your healing process and draw in the help you need either from insights from your own higher self or from attracting the right person or product.

I am on my way to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will be enjoying the warmth of that fabulous country – temperature and people.
