Anne Jones – November 2014 Newsletter 2

Dear Member,

Today in UK it is Armistice Day and with many others around the world who have lost loved ones in combat we are remembering them. I find this is a time when my heart really does feel the pain of grief and loss of those personally affected and my way of handling this pain is to open my heart and I will beams of love going to the families and friends involved and to the heart and souls of those who are in spirit. It’s always advisable to send out love rather than try to absorb the pain and is far more effective.

I am currently working a lot with healing the pain of broken and aching hearts and clearing the imprints that we hold in our hearts from hurtful life experiences. I will be focusing on the blocks created by these scars in our hearts on Sunday at our More Info & Booking
