Dear Member,
The subject of Unconditional Love has cropped up a few times recently with people feeling the need to strive for this and getting a bit upset and confused when they cannot quite manage it. The question arises of wanting to open your heart completely but also the fear of then getting hurt and how to deal with this. Unconditional Love is a really big ask and in my view is it is better to go for acceptance, that is much easier and much more attainable!!
