Kindred Spirits – Conscious Café in Burley – The Healing Power of Sound

In this heartfelt and experiential session, Sarah Warwick shares how her journey from shy young woman to successful pop singer became, at heart, a longing to be heard and to find her true voice. While success brought confidence and visibility, it also took her further and further away from her deepest self. Through her journey with aggressive breast cancer, music and sacred sound came to serve not only as expression, but as a profound source of healing, comfort, and inner connection. Through story, songs shared by Sarah, a gentle seated sound bath, and an opportunity to try some of the sound healing instruments for yourself, this session offers a warm and nourishing opportunity to explore the healing power of sound.
