Kindred Spirits – Conscious Café in Burley – Cutting Cords & Opening Hearts

We are meeting at Anne’s house in Burley on Tuesday July 14th when we will be Cutting Cords and Opening our Hearts.

In this session Anne will share the benefits of letting go attachments to:

• Past experiences that trouble you
• Our own mind sets that we wish to shed
• And more

And just to be sure we are getting the very best from our lives we will have a meditation to Let go and also Open Our Hearts to Receive.
